Restaurant Manager – Michelin-Level Hospitality Group – Midtown Atlanta

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager, or polished FOH leader in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
  • A natural leader with presence, poise, and impeccable polish
  • A guest-first mindset—refined, warm, and able to create lasting impressions
  • Must be ready to grow with a group expanding across Atlanta, Florida, and the Carolinas
  • Daily responsibilities will include overseeing front-of-house operations, training staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in high-profile restaurant openings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
  • Passion for fine dining and luxury service standards
  • Previous experience in a Michelin-starred or award-winning establishment would be a plus
