Restaurant Manager – Michelin-Level Hospitality Group – Midtown Atlanta

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager, or polished FOH leader in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
A natural leader with presence, poise, and impeccable polish
A guest-first mindset—refined, warm, and able to create lasting impressions
Must be ready to grow with a group expanding across Atlanta, Florida, and the Carolinas
Daily responsibilities will include overseeing front-of-house operations, training staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in high-profile restaurant openings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
Passion for fine dining and luxury service standards
Previous experience in a Michelin-starred or award-winning establishment would be a plus
