WE ARE IN NEED OF A Restaurant General Manager with an outgoing and dynamic personality for a fun and expanding restaurant group in the Valley. This award-winning, full-service restaurant concept is looking for a GENERAL MANAGER to help develop other managers and team members to build and increase sales over the previous year's sales and maintain profitability while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction.

We're not looking for someone to camp out at the expo window for their whole shift. We want high-energy people who thrive on being interactive with guests and employees alike. We offer a substantial base salary, bonuses, great benefits, and more. 100% PAID HEALTH INSURANCE

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Build and develop staff culture
  • Check the freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Work within Standardized systems and processes
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of a minimum of three years as a Restaurant General Manager
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive Wine Knowledge a must.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is a vital qualification.
