We are seeking an experienced on-site Property Manager to oversee the operations of a condominium community. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, financial oversight, and exceptional customer service.

Property Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Property Manager, including staff and contract management
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Active Florida CAM license and valid Florida driver’s license required
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks is required
- Must live on-site at the Palermo community, per governing documents
- Strong financial and business acumen
Property Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience in negotiating and managing vendor contracts
- Familiarity with local laws and association policies
- Ability to conduct regular property inspections and maintain preventive maintenance plans
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
