Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of leadership or assistant management experience
  • Hands-on mentality with a willingness to lead by example
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Unquestionable integrity and strong character
  • Experience working with youth is a plus!

Assistant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Oversee and support the smooth flow of day-to-day operations
  • Build strong connections with guests, customers, and team members
  • Create and manage staff schedules to keep operations running seamlessly
  • Assist with conducting inventories and ensuring resources are well-managed
  • Contribute to and maintain a positive, collaborative, and motivating work culture
