We are a growing commercial contractor specializing in high-quality electrical services for commercial projects. As a small to mid-sized business, we pride ourselves on excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Controller/Administrator to manage our financial operations and provide vital administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Handle invoicing, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow tracking.
- Provide administrative support including recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance.
- Assist project managers with budgeting, expense tracking, and scheduling support.
- Generate financial reports in QuickBooks and provide insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior construction or electrical industry experience is highly preferred.
