Restaurant Managers – New Upscale Concept
About Us
An exciting new restaurant group is opening its flagship upscale, high-volume restaurant in Philadelphia. We are looking for experienced Restaurant Managers to join our opening team and help lead the launch of this landmark concept.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance with health/safety standards
- Support the General Manager with financial performance and operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale or high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of service standards and guest recovery
- Experience with new restaurant openings, a plus
- Professional, adaptable, and hospitality-driven
