Are you a passionate sales leader with a talent for building relationships and driving results? Our clients community is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth, connect with families, and showcase the exceptional lifestyle we provide for our residents.

Director of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Drive occupancy by guiding prospects and families through the admissions process.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to meet census goals.
  • Build strong referral networks with community partners and professionals.
  • Personally tour and engage with prospective residents, matching their needs to our offerings.
  • Represent our community at local networking and marketing events.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create creative campaigns, advertising, and public relations efforts.

Director of Sales & Marketing Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living experience a plus).
  • Strong relationship-building and closing skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
  • A people-first mindset with the ability to connect with seniors and families.
