Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking a polished Restaurant General Manager to join our growing upscale casual restaurant brand. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing upscale casual restaurant brand where you’ll have the resources, support, and career path to succeed

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of GM experience in a full-service casual or upscale casual restaurant
- Background in a scratch-cooking restaurant concept
- Solid financial management skills with a proven track record of profitability
- Strong people management and leadership abilities to develop high-performing teams
- Professional references confirming management success
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to implement and uphold high service standards
- Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to exceptional guest service
- Experience with staff training and development programs
