FOH Manager Requirements:

  • Prior Front of House management experience
  • Experience in upscale casual dining (casual or fine dining background preferred)
  • Hands-on leadership style with a team-first mentality
  • Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts
  • Strong bar and wine knowledge (preferred)
  • Capability to manage closing shifts effectively
