- Minimum 2 years in upscale or fine-dining, high-volume operations
- Proven track record of leadership with tenure and career progression
- Exceptional communication and guest-relations skills
- Passion for team mentorship and professional development
- Expertise in fine cuisine and curated wine programs
- ServSafe & TABC certifications (or ability to obtain)
Your Role in Our Legacy:
- Lead and inspire a team of up to 40 hospitality professionals
- Champion the guest experience with precision and grace
- Drive revenue while upholding uncompromising service standards
- Provide hands-on leadership, daily coaching, and team development
