Operations Manager – Personal Lines
High-growth independent insurance agency is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead its Personal Lines division (majority of the agency's business). You’ll oversee an 8–10-person team, coach and develop talent, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining a client-first culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor personal lines service and sales teams
- Drive accountability, performance, and operational improvements
- Work with major Florida homeowner carriers
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years insurance experience (Florida personal lines focus)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong market and carrier knowledge
- Active 2-20 license
Details
- Location: In-office, Naples FL
- Compensation: $125K–$130K + bonus + benefits
