Operations Manager – Personal Lines

High-growth independent insurance agency is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead its Personal Lines division (majority of the agency's business). You’ll oversee an 8–10-person team, coach and develop talent, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining a client-first culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor personal lines service and sales teams
  • Drive accountability, performance, and operational improvements
  • Work with major Florida homeowner carriers

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years insurance experience (Florida personal lines focus)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong market and carrier knowledge
  • Active 2-20 license

Details

  • Location: In-office, Naples FL
  • Compensation: $125K–$130K + bonus + benefits
