Chief Executive Officer – Benefits and Compensation:

Chief Executive Officer – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles, ideally as CEO, COO, or similar in a scaling consumer brand.
- Proven experience in developing and executing franchise growth strategies on a regional or national scale.
- Strong operational expertise across multi-site businesses with process standardization and quality control.
- Drive the full franchise lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance oversight and brand compliance.
- Lead strategic planning and market expansion analysis, identifying new territories and growth opportunities.
- Maintain brand integrity and operational excellence across all franchise locations.
Chief Executive Officer – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in scaling a food, retail, or hospitality brand with strong consumer loyalty.
- Prior success in securing strategic partnerships or joint ventures to accelerate expansion.
- Foster relationships with franchisees, investors, and key partners to align on growth vision and execution.
- Data-driven leader with strong P&L management skills and an innovative, growth-focused mindset.
