What You’ll Do
- Oversee and inspire daily food preparation, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of flavor and presentation.
- Showcase your culinary skills while leading a collaborative, energetic kitchen crew.
- Maintain the highest quality in ingredients, preparation, and plating for every guest experience.
- Foster a positive, team-first culture that keeps morale high and service seamless.
What You Bring
- Culinary degree preferred, with 2–3 years in a similar upscale or scratch kitchen role.
- Proven experience in upscale or upscale casual dining.
- A passion for scratch cooking and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
