Training Manager– Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years experience in training leadership in the luxury hotel industry
Working with employees, the human resources teams and management to ensure the achievement of training objectives
Proven ability to develop structured training programs across multiple locations
Ability to create clear, scalable SOPs and onboarding systems
Hands-on leadership approach and strong communication skills
Writing reports, keeping records and managing training budgets
Keeping up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices
Managing employee enrollment for training, schedule training sessions and organizing the resources to facilitate training programs

Training Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in Forbes rated Luxury Hotels
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Familiarity with training tech platforms
