Qualifications for Restaurant General Managers:
- 3–5 years of proven success as a General Manager in fast casual or full-service restaurants
- Demonstrated leadership and stability with a strong track record of tenure
- Solid financial acumen with the ability to mentor and manage all aspects of financial operations
- Hands-on, lead-from-the-front management approach
- Positive, proactive mindset with a passion for team and guest satisfaction
