Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Strong managerial background in a full-service dining environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Results-oriented leaders only!
  • Experience with sales volumes exceeding $2M+
  • Energetic, guest-focused, and ready to make a difference
