Your Role:
- Lead and inspire FOH staff to deliver flawless hospitality.
- Drive service excellence, guest satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Coach and mentor team members for growth and success.
- Maintain seamless, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–3 years of recent management experience (upscale/full-service ).
- A 4-year hospitality degree
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and craft beverages.
- A passion for people, leadership, and hospitality excellence.
- Composure under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset.
