Your Role:

• Lead and inspire FOH staff to deliver flawless hospitality.
• Drive service excellence, guest satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Coach and mentor team members for growth and success.
• Maintain seamless, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–3 years of recent management experience (upscale/full-service ).
• A 4-year hospitality degree
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and craft beverages.
• A passion for people, leadership, and hospitality excellence.
• Composure under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset.
