Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Insurance & Risk

Location: Flexible (U.S. preferred; also open to Mexico, Panama, or Colombia)

Compensation: $150K–$250K base + bonus + equity potential

High-growth insurance and risk platform seeking a COO to lead operations, scale processes, and drive AI/automation initiatives across insurance, reinsurance, and MGUs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations and client delivery
  • Drive tech-enabled workflow and process optimization
  • Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Partner with leadership to scale globally

Who You Are

  • Experienced operator in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
  • Proven record scaling organizations with tech/process innovation
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Bonus: AI/automation experience, bilingual (English/Spanish)
