We are a top-tier restaurant group, currently developing a modern, healthy fast-casual brand for international markets. With a focus on differentiated positioning, fresh ingredients, sustainability, and digital operations, we are seeking an Expansion Specialist to drive our U.S. growth strategy and oversee site development.

Expansion Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Extensive U.S. fast-casual expansion experience
  • At least 3 years as a regional expansion expert with a top QSR brand (e.g., McDonald’s, KFC, Chipotle), with full lifecycle site selection experience
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate brokerage models and a strong broker network
  • Previous expansion experience in New York strongly preferred
  • Strong market insight, proven success in scaling, and ability to solve complex site-related challenges
  • Practical, execution-driven, with excellent problem-solving capability
  • Full-time, based in the U.S., Must be eligible to work in the U.S. long-term

Expansion Specialist Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for restaurant expansion and site selection in the U.S.
  • Advise on the organizational design and setup of the expansion team
  • Diagnose and resolve challenges in restaurant expansion and site planning
  • Provide market insights on U.S. fast casual industry trends, site characteristics, and rental benchmarks
  • Identify risks in expansion and propose mitigation strategies
