As part of our overseas fast casual expansion, we are seeking an Expansion & Site Development Manager to provide practical guidance on market entry, site selection, and scaling strategies. This role is ideal for an industry veteran with hands-on experience in U.S. quick-service or fast-casual growth.

Expansion & Site Development Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant expansion in the U.S., ideally in leading QSR or fast casual companies.
  • Strong network with U.S. real estate brokers and familiarity with major brokerage business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into execution with replicable success cases.
  • Excellent problem diagnosis skills and capacity to provide systematic solutions quickly.
  • Full-time, based in the U.S., Must be eligible to work in the U.S. long-term

Expansion & Site Development Manager Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic recommendations for restaurant rollout and expansion in the U.S.
  • Offer insights on team structure, resource allocation, and operational setup.
  • Identify and address key challenges in restaurant site development and expansion.
  • Deliver industry insights including location trends, rental dynamics, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Develop risk identification frameworks and propose actionable countermeasures.
