Customer Service Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of proven customer service success
• Track record of handling high volumes of calls, emails, texts, and social media messages with speed and professionalism
• Skilled with CRM platforms such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Proactive problem-solver who prevents issues before they escalate
• Strong communicator with polished written and verbal skills
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Willing to travel for occasional site visits or events
Customer Service Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
• Hospitality, reservations, event coordination, or field operations experience
• Background supporting both in-person teams and remote staff
• Ability to analyze service reports to spot trends and improve processes
• Comfortable representing a brand in a professional, positive way
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
