What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate your FOH team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Train and develop staff
- Run smooth, compliant daily operations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recent FOH management experience (preferably upscale or full-service)
- Hospitality Degree
- Solid knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced settings
- Passion for leadership and hospitality
