Wellness Director Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience.

Wellness Director Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred, senior housing and/or geriatric nursing
  • Knowledgeable of regional and federal regulations in seniors health and housing
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Candidate must have the ability to be on call, and occasionally work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have proven management experience and ability to manage staff.

Wellness Director Preferred Background and Skills

  • Excellent time management skills are essential
  • Leadership through planning, directing, communicating, and coaching.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong personnel skills, and positive community relations skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Yardi EHR
  • Must possess a high degree of flexibility and tolerance to adjust to changes in workloads and days (i.e. weekends, evenings etc.)
