Luxury Sales Professional – Benefits & Compensation

Luxury Sales Professional – Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury sales, hospitality, or related field (high-ticket sales experience strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, confident demeanor
  • Passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences and building genuine relationships
  • Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in-person at the studio
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism

Must Haves

  • Build meaningful connections with guests by understanding their stories, preferences, and vision
  • Confidently present curated product offerings with a focus on luxury experience
  • Thrive in high-pressure situations, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
  • Guide guests through their session experience, ensuring they feel celebrated and valued
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through influence and inspiration
  • Collaborate closely with the studio team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Execute sales and order processes with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Luxury Sales Professional – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in luxury lifestyle, retail, or hospitality industries
  • Strong knowledge of high-touch guest experience standards
  • Familiarity with luxury branding, clienteling, or concierge-level service
  • Appreciation for artistry, self-expression, and personalized experiences
