Our client is seeking a highly-qualified Restaurant General Manager for their fine dining restaurant in Omaha, NE. This unique opening offers endless opportunities for growth in a collaborative and rewarding work environment. The ideal candidate has recent and significant experience as a General Manager and a Level II Sommelier at a nationally-recognized fine dining restaurant and a passion for leading teams while effectively demonstrating high integrity at all times.

General Manager Perks:

General Manager Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recent General Manager experience at a fine dining restaurant
  • Level II Certified Sommelier, required
  • Forbes service experience
  • Solid career progression including excellent tenures and ability to provide professional references
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate a large and diverse team including management-level direct reports
  • Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building strong, cohesive teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
