We’re looking for a proven General Manager to take on a leadership role with a growing fast-casual restaurant concept. This is an opportunity to make an impact by overseeing operations, developing people, and driving business growth.

Restaurant General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in fast casual or full-service dining
  • Strong financial skills, including budget management, P&L oversight, and cost controls
  • Ability to drive sales growth through local marketing, catering, and guest engagement
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP, health codes)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience managing third-party delivery and catering operations
  • Community involvement and grassroots marketing experience
  • History of developing and promoting team members into leadership roles
