We’re recruiting for a high-impact Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in a new sports bar with an anticipated high-volume, scratch kitchen environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity as a new brand enters the Arizona marketplace.
Executive Chef – Benefits and Compensation:

Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior BOH leadership role (Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Kitchen Manager)
- Proven track record in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
- Strong financial management skills—P&L, labor cost, food cost, and inventory control
- ServSafe certified; full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Executive Chef – Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in scratch kitchens and be able to create structured systems and processes as you will lead kitchen operations
- Proven ability to build a high-performance team culture rooted in respect and discipline from a new restaurant opening
- Strong vendor management skills and ordering accuracy
- Calm, solution-driven leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Partner closely with FOH leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Uphold consistency in recipe adherence, portion control, and plating standards
