A fast-growing wellness and nutrition company, recognized as a top seller on major e-commerce platforms, is expanding its B2B division, selling pure, high-quality raw ingredients directly to supplement manufacturers and food processors.
In this role, you will take full ownership of ingredient sales in the U.S. B2B market. Your primary focus will be on identifying, onboarding, and maintaining long-term relationships with small- to mid-sized factory clients. You will sell a wide range of raw ingredients (e.g., amino acids, fruit powders, superfoods, flavorings) and promote them on B2B raw material platforms. This is an opportunity to make a major sales impact from day one in a high-growth segment, with the chance to shape the sales process and build future sales teams.
Sales Manager Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year (based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).
- Commission: 1%-1.5% uncapped commission on sales.

Sales Manager Qualification and Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in raw material sales, ingredient supply, or industrial B2B sales.
- Familiarity with the needs and decision-making processes of supplement or food manufacturers.
- Results-oriented with proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage sales pipelines independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; sociable and persuasive, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English + Mandarin or Spanish.
- Previous Wholesale Manager experience with a high-growth brand.
- Purchasing or sourcing experience on the factory or supplier side.
- An existing client base in the supplement/raw material industry.
- A proven annual raw material sales record of $500K or more.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building a sales team and owning the strategy.
