Regional Director of Sales – Houston Based

💲 $75K–$85K + Full Benefits | Remote with Heavy Travel

We’re seeking a Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead sales strategy across a multi-state portfolio of extended stay hotels. This is a high-impact, field-based role requiring frequent travel and a hands-on approach to building business and supporting property-level sales teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow occupancy, ADR, and market share
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business through in-market visits, cold calling, and networking
  • Support General Managers and property teams with coaching, mentoring, and sales execution
  • Lead sales blitzes, site visits, and campaigns for new openings and underperforming hotels
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, relocation agencies, construction firms, universities, and hospitals

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hospitality sales experience (multi-property/regional preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to drive property-level performance
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; CRM/PMS experience a plus
