HR Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Employee development.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Labor law regulation.
  • Recruiting

HR Manager Qualifications Include:

  • Have a "can-do", positive personality!
  • At least 3+ years experience as an HR Manager/Director in the restaurant industry.
  • Proven experience/knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines.
  • SHRM Certification + Bilingual strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing groups of over 1000 employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have expert computer/technology experience
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Travel required between NJ and NY

HR Manager Benefits Include:
