Join a dynamic and growing plaintiff-side employment law firm as an Employment Law Attorney focused on fighting for employee rights. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented litigator with experience handling workplace claims such as wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, and PAGA matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of attorneys and staff handling employment law matters
  • Oversee litigation across all phases, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, and trial preparation
  • Review and approve pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements for quality control
  • Develop and refine case management systems, workflows, and best practices to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with partners on strategy for high-value or complex cases
  • Engage with clients to ensure responsiveness, clarity, and alignment with firm values

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in employment litigation (class actions, PAGA, FEHA, wage/hour)
  • Proven ability to supervise, train, and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, or staff
  • Strong case management and organizational skills in high-volume litigation
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Familiarity with employment law statutes such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and California Labor Code
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of California
