Position Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketer with a proven track record of scaling digital campaigns and lowering cost per lead (CPL). This role is hands-on—you’ll be in the platforms daily, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple digital channels.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and thrives on creating measurable impact. You will play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline by delivering high-quality, cost-effective leads.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and others).
  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPL.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to achieve performance goals.
  • A/B test creative, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align campaigns with company growth objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee marketing funnels to ensure smooth lead flow and quality.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital ad buying and campaign management.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns and lower CPL in competitive industries.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other major digital ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in home improvement, construction, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
