We’re seeking a strategic and creative Digital Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of a cross-platform content strategy at the intersection of biohacking, health optimization, and cutting-edge medical technology. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and is passionate about translating complex health science into engaging, high-converting content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Content Strategy: Develop and own the content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, newsletters, and email campaigns, with a clear and consistent voice, tone, and visual aesthetic aligned with our mission.
  • Editorial Calendar Management: Build and manage a forward-looking content calendar; coordinate execution across design, copy, and production teams.
  • Performance Optimization: Track KPIs and performance metrics; run ongoing tests to refine formats, timing, and storytelling hooks for both short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form (YouTube/podcast) content.
  • Trend Translation: Stay on top of the latest trends in biohacking, fitness, wearable health tech, and digital health; translate insights into actionable and engaging content ideas.
  • Narrative Development: Collaborate with founders, creatives, and medical advisors to craft compelling narratives that simplify scientific innovation for a health-conscious audience.
  • Funnel Strategy: Support audience funnel strategy, including lead magnets, course launches, newsletters, and affiliate campaign integrations.
  • Scientific Accuracy: Work with advisors and subject matter experts to ensure the content is not only engaging but also accurate, credible, and rooted in evidence-based science.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or social media growth, ideally in wellness, health tech, or DTC startups is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success growing personal brands, influencers, or digital wellness companies.
  • Deep personal interest in health optimization, performance science, or making incremental changes to one's body, diet, and lifestyle to improve overall health and well-being ranging from simple lifestyle modifications to more advanced interventions. 
  • Strong grasp of storytelling formats and the ability to write scripts to be used across platforms, particularly short-form video and long-form educational content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Notion, Google Analytics, Later, Buffer, or Hypefury.
  • Ability to manage multiple content streams and collaborators while meeting deadlines.
  • Bonus if you have working knowledge of:
    • SEO and/or YouTube SEO
    • Basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
    • Kajabi, Substack, or similar platforms for course and community launches
  • Share your portfolio or examples of brands and campaigns you’ve helped grow. We're especially interested in candidates who have worked on content at the convergence of wellness, science, and innovation.
