Director of Construction – Benefits and Compensation:

Director of Construction – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a general contractor overseeing full-cycle commercial construction projects.
- Strong background in coordinating with multiple subcontractors, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and framing.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Procore, Outlook, AutoQuotes, and construction drawing interpretation.
Director of Construction Preferred Background & Skills:
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale a team of Project Managers effectively.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving project risks proactively to maintain client satisfaction and project quality.
- Experience establishing operational best practices and improving team performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability.
