What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Develop designs, prepare plans, and oversee permitting and compliance
- Collaborate with clients, local agencies, and internal teams
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and project staff
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Tennessee or the ability to obtain
- 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience (municipal, site, land development, or transportation preferred)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
