Our client, a premier provider of Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) solutions based in Greater Phoenix, Arizona, seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.
This role will oversee project management, support sales, engineering, and construction teams, fostering collaboration, safety, and client-centric service.
The Vice President of Operations will drive innovation, ensure project delivery, and align operations with the company’s vision for growth in the PEMB industry.
Vice President of Operations Benefits and Compensation:
· Competitive base salary of $200,000 – $225,000 annually
· Performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing potential
· Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
· 401(k) with 3% company match after 60 days
· Company truck and credit card for business expenses
· 80 hours of paid vacation per year
· Relocation package
Vice President of Operations Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
· 8-10 years of experience in construction, with 5 years in PEMB leadership
· Deep knowledge of PEMB design, fabrication, and construction
· Strong financial acumen with budget and P&L experience
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills
· Proficiency in project management software and ERP systems
Vice President of Operations Preferred Background:
· MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field: Preferred
· Experience in the Arizona and/or Southwest construction market
· Knowledge of sustainable building practices or LEED certification
· Established network of industry contacts
· Expertise in process improvement and technology implementation
· Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards
