District Manager – Multi-Unit Leadership Opportunity
Join a fast-growing QSR group with a people-first culture and a passion for excellence. We’re seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead operations, drive results, and develop strong teams across multiple locations.
District Manager – Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary with quarterly bonus potential

District Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
- Proven success in driving performance, building culture, and managing profitability
- Strong understanding of P&L statements and KPI accountability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Must Haves
- Oversee 3–4 restaurant units with full operational accountability
- Lead, coach, and support General Managers and store teams
- Execute strategic goals to elevate service and sales
- Foster strong community engagement and brand presence
District Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in high-growth QSR or franchise concepts
- Passion for mentoring and promoting internal growth
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong guest-service mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
