We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Manager to lead our food manufacturing operations. This role is key to ensuring efficient production, high-quality standards, and a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all plant operations to meet daily/weekly production goals.
  • Drive safety, quality, and efficiency across all manufacturing processes.
  • Manage and develop team members to reach performance targets.
  • Partner with quality, logistics, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor KPIs, reduce waste, and oversee equipment functionality and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of Plant Manager experience in food manufacturing.
  • Proven success with P&L responsibility and team leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Positive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset with an ownership mentality.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work extended shifts/weekends as needed.
