We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Manager to lead our food manufacturing operations. This role is key to ensuring efficient production, high-quality standards, and a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all plant operations to meet daily/weekly production goals.
- Drive safety, quality, and efficiency across all manufacturing processes.
- Manage and develop team members to reach performance targets.
- Partner with quality, logistics, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs, reduce waste, and oversee equipment functionality and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Plant Manager experience in food manufacturing.
- Proven success with P&L responsibility and team leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Positive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset with an ownership mentality.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work extended shifts/weekends as needed.
