Our client, a prestigious plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic and collaborative team.

This firm handles high-level litigation and is comprised of former defense attorneys who bring a strategic, well-rounded approach to advocating for employees. Ideal candidates will have a background in employment defense and a strong record of litigation success.

Employment Litigation Attorney Qualifications/Responsibilities:

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

· NJ Bar admission in good standing

· Minimum of 4–8 years of employment litigation experience, including defense and trial work

· Strong knowledge of New Jersey Employment Law

· Proven success negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

· Courtroom experience representing clients and litigating cases

· Familiarity with personal injury, workers' compensation, and tribal law matters

· Proficient in legal research and drafting (contracts, pleadings, agreements) using LexisNexis and Westlaw

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to client cases

· Availability Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
