We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our vibrant Cantina Monarca Restaurant. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for executing and participating in the refinement of a diverse menu featuring authentic and innovative Mexican dishes and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff towards excellence.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Culinary Execution: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, ensuring that each dish meets our high-quality standards and adheres to the authentic flavors and cultural essence of Mexican cuisine.
- Kitchen Management
- Financial Responsibility.
- Special Events and Catering
- Training and Development
Executive Chef – Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience and Expertise in innovative Mexican cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
