We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at a brand-new seafood restaurant in Deerfield Beach. Our venue offers a relaxed, coastal atmosphere where guests can enjoy fresh seafood, cold drinks, and great company. If you're a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating memorable experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you!

Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Restaurant Manager or similar experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
  • Ability to manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance management for hourly employees.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing teams, and achieving shift-level success.
  • Solid financial acumen, with experience managing cost of sales, controllable expenses, and improving profitability

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • .Experience in a seafood or coastal-inspired restaurant concept.
  • Proven ability to work with a team to implement action plans and improve operations.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships within the local community.
  • New restaurant opening experience a plus
