We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to support five full-service automotive-based locations in the Indianapolis area. In this role, you’ll ensure all equipment and facilities are running efficiently and safely. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on car wash equipment and related systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing issues
- Conduct metal fabrication and welding as needed
- Travel between store locations for service and equipment installations (some overnight travel required)
- Prioritize multiple repair and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced setting
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years of mechanical repair experience, including breakdown diagnostics
- Experience with 3-phase high voltage AC/DC electrical systems
- Skilled in hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal components
- Basic computer/tech skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
