General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service & high-volume restaurant – +7M in sales
  • Proven success managing FOH and BOH operations, including scheduling and team development
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction, pace, and service flow
  • Experience with cost control, inventory, labor management, and P&L responsibilities
  • Ability to lead from the floor and keep energy high during peak hours
  • Skilled in team coaching, problem-solving, and creating a positive work culture

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in Latin-inspired or high-flavor, fast-paced dining concepts
  • Ability to plan local events, manage private parties, and support community involvement
  • New restaurant opening experience a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
