What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead with purpose—motivate your team and maintain a positive, accountable culture
  • Manage inventory, food and labor costs, and uphold quality and safety standards
  • Build strong relationships with your team, guests, and vendors
  • Coach and develop your staff to perform at their best

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of restaurant management experience (scratch kitchen experience preferred)
  • Bilingual
  • Hospitality degree required
  • ServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
  • Open availability—days, nights, weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
