Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily kitchen operations with a focus on execution, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Assist in managing food and labor costs, P&L, and inventory
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Lead by example, training and mentoring back-of-house team members
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and front-of-house management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
• Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
• Reliable, driven, and career-focused
