Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily kitchen operations with a focus on execution, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Assist in managing food and labor costs, P&L, and inventory
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Lead by example, training and mentoring back-of-house team members
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and front-of-house management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
- Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
- Reliable, driven, and career-focused
