We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. You will bring high-volume experience and provide guidance to 50+ team members. Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department.
  • Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
  • Prior experience working in the Las Vegas area would be a big plus.

Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $15 million-plus in annualized sales.
  • Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team.
  • Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
