Restaurant Operating Partner Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of titled General Manager or Operating Partner leadership experience
- QSR, fast-casual or casual dining experience
- Ownership mentality – treat your location like you own it
- Excellent integrity and character
- P&L, budgeting and cost control
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work any schedule
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for genuine employee relations, coaching and training
