DIRECTOR OF NURSING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, develop, and inspire nursing staff to provide quality care
- Participate in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
DIRECTOR OF NURSING REQUIREMENTS:
- RN / Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Virginia
- 2 years+ ofexperience in a nursing leadership role
- 2 Years + in ltc nursing
- Working knowledge of skilled nursing regulations in VA
- Love of seniors!
DIRECTOR OF NURSING BENEFITS:
- Competitive base salary, $97k-$140k
