Franchise Business Consultant – Spa (based in East Coast States: NJ to FL)

Are you a results-driven business professional with a passion for empowering entrepreneurs and driving operational excellence? Our rapidly expanding spa franchise is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to serve as a strategic partner to franchise owners—helping them elevate performance, boost profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this high-impact role, you’ll analyze financial performance, advise on operational best practices, and implement data-driven strategies to improve four-wall EBITDA. If you're skilled at influencing, coaching, and optimizing business performance across multiple units, we want to hear from you.

Franchise Business Consultant Responsibilities: What You'll Do

  • Business Advising: Serve as a trusted advisor to franchisees, delivering actionable insights on financial performance, business planning, and operational strategy.
  • Performance Optimization: Review P&Ls and key metrics to identify growth opportunities, reduce inefficiencies, and drive profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Guide staffing, inventory, and service enhancements, leveraging tools like SA Labor and Business Planning to boost consistency and performance.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with franchisees on local marketing efforts to drive member acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.
  • Corporate Alignment: Ensure brand standards and compliance through strategic use of platforms such as Profit Keeper, SMG, Utilization, and Power BI.
  • Franchise Growth: Support franchisees in scaling from single-unit to multi-unit operations and long-term portfolio expansion.

 Franchise Business Consultant Qualifications: What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in franchise operations, business consulting, or related experience
  • Proven expertise in financial management (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
  • Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to execute growth strategies and deliver measurable business results
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% during initial rollout (90–120 days), and ~50% thereafter
