Culinary Manager – Ocean County, NJ

Culinary Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• $55k base salary with a $10k bonus paid out over 13 payments annually.

Culinary Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a casual dining or high-volume kitchen

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members

• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and kitchen operations

• Clear communicator with professional written and verbal skills

• Able to create and maintain a safe, clean, and fun work culture across FOH and BOH
